Harlo Capital acquires residential rental building at 85 Wellesley Street East
Harlo Capital is delighted to announce the successful acquisition of a residential rental building at 85 Wellesley Street East in Toronto, for $24.3 million. This is the only downtown apartment building to transact so far this year. The nine-storey building comprises 88 units on a 0.38-acre site. Dubbed Eighty-Five on Wellesley, it has a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Harlo acquired the property for its Diversified Canadian Real Estate (DCRET) Fund at a 5% capitalization. This acquisition is part of our strategy to deliver high-quality real estate investments with strong long-term potential.
