Harlo Capital closes on Boundary Road
On July 10th, Harlo Capital successfully closed the sale of their Boundary Road project for $40,200,000. The property was originally acquired in January 2022 for $26,000,000, resulting in a 14.51% IRR and a 1.51x equity multiple for investors.
