The newest restaurant in the Harlo family, The Playbook Commons opened on May 29th at Hotel X.
This 180-seat culinary destination and sports theater combines elevated dining with classic dishes and drinks, all while showcasing live games, races, and more. As a design-forward restaurant, it will also exclusively exhibit Ryan Koopmans and Alice Wexell’s latest digital artwork series, The Wild Within. This series explores the theme of architectural history and its intricate relationship with the natural world.

On June 9th, the Harlo DCRET successfully closed on a 1st Mortgage in Caledon, Ontario located at 6086 Mayfield Road.
The total loan amount is $12,700,000 for an owner occupied 12.30-acre industrial development and outdoor storage site. It is for a 12-month term with an expected return net of fees of 10.74%.
This mortgage increases our assets under management to $40.5 million and is consistent with our strategic objective of delivering strong, risk-adjusted returns within a well-diversified portfolio for our investors.
